Australia needs to lift its ban on balcony solar and battery systems. A balcony system in 25 European countries is up to 2kW of PV sol;ar and 800W battery. An apartment could save up to 30% of its electricity bill and pay back the system in less than 6 years. Landlords cannot prevent approved systems.
Twenty companies are responsible for 40% of emissions globally in 2023. Over 2/3rds of them are state owned. Since 1750, just 25 entities have created the climate crisis we are currently facing. Carbon Majors have released their 2023 report and shows emissions continue to rise with over 180 companies contributing to emissions globally.
